Please keep in mind that our products are handmade or hand-finished in small batches, and so some variation in form and finish are to be expected. Actual product may differ slightly from pictures shown.
MADE-TO-ORDER + BESPOKE
If you are interested in an item that is currently out of stock, or would like something special, please email us at email@example.com to discuss made-to-order and bespoke options.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you don't love your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it for any other item in our shop. Please retain your original receipt or packing list, and notify us of your intent to return or exchange your item within 15 days of receipt, and ship it back to us within 30 days of receipt.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Bespoke, made-to-order, final sale and discontinued items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
All products must be returned in 'AS NEW' condition, with all its original tags and packaging, and be adequately packed so it will safely make the journey back to us.
We recommend you ship returns via insured, traceable mail. The customer is responsible for damaged or lost products during return shipment.
Refunds will be sent to the original form of payment.
In the unlikely case that your item is damaged in transit, please send us an email with a photo of the damaged piece within 48 hours of receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can arrange for a replacement.
In-stock items will ship within five business days. If you need them sooner please contact us prior to finalizing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Made-to-order items will ship within the timeframe specified in the description.
Please keep in mind that while hypertufa is prized for its lightweight attributes, it is still a cast cement product, and thus weight will vary depending on the formula, style and size of each planter. The most cost effective shipping method will be offered at checkout. If you have special shipping needs, please contact us at email@example.com before placing your order so we can understand your needs and make sure we can fulfill them.
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. All additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over government imposed charges and they vary greatly from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for information.
Please note that customs clearance procedures can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
